If you’re in doubt about buying a work of art; about finding the right style; about whether it fits with your home or business; about how much it costs; or about whether it’s a good investment; then find the artwork that intrigues you and makes you think; that moves you and makes you feel; that inspires you and makes you act. Do your homework. Analyze it. Wonder about it. Interact with it. Learn about it. Learn about the artist. Learn about the gallery. In the end however, be intuitive. Don’t doubt yourself, and don’t worry if it’s worth it, because it is. You may not understand why you like it. You may not be able to explain or justify to someone why you like it. It may not seem fully rational. But, gradually over time or perhaps all at once, it will make perfect sense. So, simply buy it because you like it.
